Horrible service. Only person at the drive thru and still had to wait a while before someone took my order. Repeated twice and it was wrong when I went to pay. Corrected them again and got attitude and told to pull forward and they still got it wrong. I ordered one item. Not that difficult.

We usually stop here if we have hours of travel ahead of us. Fast service and our orders were accurate. The napkins were place between 3 sandwiches and 3 hash browns. The napkins seemed to be placed there just to soak up the grease. My napkin immediately got oily upon eating my meal anyway. McDonald’s breakfast is usually a lot less oily to the touch.

I’ve had better drive-thru McDonald’s before. The beauty of McDonald’s on the road is usually the quickness and ease of getting your food without wasting too much time. This one didn’t really live up to those expectations. First of all, this area is extremely confusing. There are a ton of fast food places, and a «side road» for lack of a better word, from which you access them. We saw the McDonald’s sign from a distance but had a very difficult time actually getting there because of slow-moving traffic coming from literally every direction because there were too many roads and signs, etc. It was overstimulating. As for the drive thru itself, it was painfully slow, and I think part of the problem was the woman taking orders was extremely difficult to understand. I had to keep asking her to repeat herself because her accent was so thick. The whole process took a good 15 minutes — not up to McDonald’s speed standards. After McDonald’s we went to Taco Bell down the street which had about the same length line as McDonald’s but they got us through there at lightning speed. One thing I did like about this McED’s that I don’t usually see is the drive thru trash can at the end after you pick up your order. It has a spout that comes up to your window so you don’t have to get out of your car to throw trash away. We got to throw away all the remaining crap from our last fast food stop without stopping and that was very convenient. Given the slow service and difficulties of getting here from 95 I wouldn’t stop again.

Stopped here on the way to Virginia May 30th. I went inside to use the restroom and grab breakfast. I ordered an egg mcmuffin and one hashbrown. The lady at the register thinks I said steak mcmuffin. I politely correct her. She is still confused and asks if I want a steak biscuit without the egg… I don’t see how you get steak biscuit out of egg mcmuffin. So after repeating myself about 5 times she gets it. I stand over to the side and wait for my order then head out to my car. Open up the wrapper to find an english muffin with a cold yellow folded egg and nothing else. Just an egg on an english muffin. What. The. Hell. I hope this was a one time occurrence for this McDonalds and others don’t have the same experience I did.

I stopped here on a DC-to-Florida drive down I-95 to use the wi-fi and order a large decaf coffee and a vanilla cone to go. The wi-fi was usable from the parking lot, which was nice. I find it weird that McDonald’s coffee tastes better than Starbucks.

Headed North, stopped off the Expressway for breakfast. Bathrooms are very clean and the location is also convenient.
