Noone here communicates. Wait for hours in the waiting room, wait some more in the examining room… never see a doctor only a nurse practitioner and even then… they do a quick once over, leave and never come back. Accounting department never submitted my insurance information after giving it to them at the hospital, over the phone and during an office visit! Sent us to collections for an astronomical amount. It wasn’t until after I called AGAIN that they actually submitted my insurance info and our bill ended up being only a minor fraction of what they initially charged. Took 6 months to get this straightened out!
