My experiences here are based in two categories. First my counselor is great couldn’t ask for better. Second would be the bureaucracy the unseen office staff has to deal with in getting what I need from the state and federal insurances and they try hard to shield me and get it done. Frequently the state cannot function on any level of acceptable competency.
