Personal opinion & experience –Until recently, I have always loved the treatment and exam for years .Too mad and disappointed — My Appt was at 2:30 they called me at 2:37. I returned call at 2:40 & yes I was in route driving, informed 5 minutes away… They responded by saying they have worked someone esle in. So I asked do they take walk ins now? She said not a walk ins but have worked someone in. She claimed after 15 minutes it’s considered a canceled appt. Well at that time it still was not 15 min… I argued saying I know they are not turning around every 5 – 15 min customers …
