The restaurant is sort of ‘hidden’ since it resides in Chung Kiwha Korean BBQ. Real Japanese food, including sushi, tonkatsu, katsu curry, yakisoba, udon, ika-natto(!). The friendly chef greets you and prepares meals for ‘you’(however, you can order meals over the phone and take out also) and the food is very authentic. You forget that you are in Kentucky, not in New York, Chicago or Los Angeles where you may find good Japanese food. The miso-soup was a real treat. I went with a small group of Japanese people, and they all loved this place. After being very disappinted with the newly opened, largely advertised ‘Japanese’ restaurant in downtown Cincinnati, it was nice to find a good Japanese restaurant in the Cincinnati area.
