Just purchased a Heat Pump Water Heater to replace our old-​fashioned electric water heater. I came in armed with information about a product I was interested in and when the Sales Associate (Paul) asked if he could help me, he answered all my questions and then some. I hoped to take advantage of rebates available for converting to more energy-​efficient appliances. What made the deal is that Paul had just purchased the same product in the recent past so he was able to speak from personal experience of its use in his own home.

So disappointed… I bought brand new kitchen appliances last year from my local store just so if I had any issues I could go into my store & talk to someone. I am so disappointed to say that I came into my store today & was treated like the store clerk had no time to help me find the replacement part I needed for my range, instead he assured me that I could go online to order the part & also gave me his managers card with the 800 parts number if I needed help! Need I say REALLY? I came into the store because I couldn’t find it online! So infuriated I called the store manager for help and he advised me to drive back into his store so that he could help me and as he kept interrupting me & rushed me off the phone, I cannot believe in a small town like Florence you can’t even provide the customer service needed to keep your local customers local, you actually push them to the website or 800 number… Good look Sears!
