They had been there for years but were not able to maintain profitability with a large snowbird clientele.
Sorry to see them go.

I must say that I was very disappointed with the manager and the owner. I had gone to another salon and had my hair colored but they did not do the color that I requested do I went to this salon only because I have had the stylist do my hair before and she now worked here. I was quoted a price via a text. So I drove the 35 minutes to get there. Only to find out that the new receptionist called the manager and the owner and told them that the stylist charged us a lot more money and pocketed it. They out right accused her of stealing based on the lies of the receptionist. Seriously, it that how you run a business. I understood that what I say will mean nothing to you but karma will find its way to return the favor. Shelby is a great stylist and your false accusations will come at a cost to your business. Shame on you! That receptionist should be terminated for lying.

Great salon! I went in the other day to get my hair cut and I couldn’t be happier wit h the results! Jacque was my stylist; she was friendly and efficient. Seriously love my new look! I highly recommend Shear Bliss!

What can I say. I went to this place out of desperation because I needed a haircut and I didn’t want to drive from Florence into Scottsdale (where I usually go for my cuts).
When I walked in the place is clean, everyone is friendly and upbeat. I was worried about going here because of the location. It’s so close to Anthem Sun City that I was sure they only catered to the older and retired crowd. NOT SO.
I have long hair and I’m very picky about my layers, how it moves when I turn my head, etc. Anyone reading this with long hair will know exactly what I’m talking about and also how hard it is to find a good stylist to achieve that perfect look.
Long story short, I booked an apt with Leetha (not sure if that’s how you spell her name) but they call her Lee for short in the salon. I was nervous and expecting nothing short of a «super cut job». I walked out of there more than happy. I was THRILLED! Finally, I found a salon in my area that actually knows what they are doing. Five stars to Lee!
All in all, I can’t give this place anything but five stars. The entire time I was in there I saw 4 women and 1 man getting their cuts. Their ages varied from 25 to 75 and every single person looked great when they walked out. Including me!
Thank you Shear Bliss for opening such a great salon so close to me :) I will be back!
I am probably the pickiest woman on the planet when it comes to my haircuts and if they can satisfy me, I think they’re good to go!!!
