Shilo Inn-North Bay Condos

Beautiful condos! Would not have found it except for Unilocal.A different experience as they were built to be sold but timing was terrible due to economy and real estate crash. Not your typical hotel experience but a good value although we paid $ 169 a night for 1 bedroom.

When the hotel at, 3 Rivers Casino (cause who’d ever stay in Florence…), is full, the Shilo Inn –Condominiums, is the BEST place to stay for your money or if you just want an awesome *PET FRIENDLY* ($ 25 pet fee) place that cost less than any of the hotel/​motels in Florence.
We’d of never have stayed here cause it doesn’t show up on any site –yet, instead of staying at Best Western, Comfort Inn, Economy Inn, or Surftides, all wanted $ 140.00+ w/​out tax for a room on a Monday during the off season at the coast (no pets allowed)… say what…
From the outside it doesn’t look like an affordable, Shilo Inn, with a make shift sign in the window. But, they offer special deals and if you book earlier then we did (the day of) you could possible negotiate a better deal than listed! The manager is very friendly and, even though, it shows an 11am checkout you can pretty much stay until 3pm or later!!!
SHILO INN –condos (we stayed in one of the, 1 bed rm./ 1.5 bath/​full kitchen, living room, dining room, fireplace, double wide jacuzzi tub & shower/​flat screen TV’s in living room & bedroom, and washer & dryer)
*$ 110.00– a night. w/​tax. NO pet fee of $ 25.00.
*135.00– a night. w/​tax & pet fee!
(They’ve got, 1 bdrm/1.5 bath, 2 bdrms/2.5 bath, & 3 bdrm/​2 bath).
Weekly Rates:
1 Bdrm -$ 829.00
2 Bdrm -$ 1,009.00
3 Bdrm -$ 1,249.00
(I’m guessing without tax –which you’d add 10%). It’s a better value for your money… where else do you find a fully furnished condo for less than any hotel/​motel & that’s pet friendly)?!
*Florence, Oregon only has 2 beach access pointsand from the main roads of Florence, will take you about 15 – 20 minutes to hit the actually beach… yet, you still have to walk about 10 – 15 minutes to hit the ocean once you’ve stepped onto the beach… boo (Pet Friendly-​NO).
–Florence has been voted the best retirement location in the United States for the past 3 years, which means tons of restaurants and grocery stores!
