I have never experienced worse customer service than I did from the manager at this store. When I called to inquire regarding an issue and was not satisfied with the results I asked Tyler(supposed General Manager) for his managers contact information. He refused and promptly hung up on me. I called back and spoke to another employee who also hung up on me when I requested the information. Not to mention, the way he speaks to and how he treats his employees. He constantly reprimands them in front of customers and demeans them. He does not seem to have the customer service skills to work at a fast food restaurant much less managing a store which thrives on good customer service. However, Cody and Nathaniel were wonderful when assisting me with my transaction! Nothing but positive things to say about these two. I strongly advise you to go to another Sprint store. Tyler is without a doubt incapable and not qualified for this job.
