Purchased HR Block tax software. The price online at Staples was $ 29.99. The price in the store was $ 34.99. They reluctantly price matched their own price. I also had a Staples coupon for $ 5.00 off. They did not honor it. They said it was because it is software, but the fine print did not indicate so. Then they said it was because it they gave me the online price. This is why most people purchase their items on Amazon now. I know several people who no longer go to Staples because of pricing issues. I am one of them now.

The worst place. Manager treat employees terribly. I also had put in an order for return labels and their color copier was broke and they couldn’t fix it until two days later. They are a office supply store and can’t do anything about their color copier! Then I offered to pick it up at another location (even tough they didn’t offer a discount) and that store was out of labels. USELESS!

This is a smaller Staples.
I took a look at the furniture, hoping to take home a certain chair, but they didn’t have it. They did have furniture, and that’s a plus as some of the newer stores don’t have any.
I took a look at a few other things, but I didn’t see a whole lot and decided to quit early.
