The UPS Store

Okay. Here we go. This is literally the worst place I have ever been to, and I’ve been to Mississippi in August. Basically my package was sent after 58 minutes of this foolish employee playing with the computer and trying to figure everything out. He didn’t call for his manager to help at all. He just kind of stood there until his manager sort of blubbed on by and he said «hey. How do you do this?» REALLY!!! He waited just shy of an hour before asking for help. Meanwhile, Josh was moving his customers in and out of the store at lightening speed. The two stooges I got lumped with managed to figure it out eventually but during that time I counted over 20 customers coming in and going out while I stood there, praying lightening would just strike so I could enter the sweet embrace of death. If I ever have to go back to this place, I’ll make sure I get Josh. I mean honestly, it was like Josh was Meryl Streep and the manager was Kristen Stewart. Does that make sense to you? Why would Meryl Streep be under K Stew??? But anywho, I’m getting mad just thinking about that miserable experience. Thank you Josh for gliding through the store like a majestic gazelle just after sunrise. I can only hope that one day you get the recognition you deserve and own the place… or leave. I don’t know, but you are a Meryl Streep in a field of Selena Gomez’s.

There was only one man working here but he was answering the phone and helping customers without skipping a beat. He says he’s been doing it for 8 years and it shows– great UPS store!
