I am happy with the service overall. My front lawn has never looked better. My backyard along the tree line has a lot of weeds. I would expect this to be taken care of by the lawn service but it hasn’t.

This is the worst lawn care company I’ve ever had. At every turn they would «auto sign» me up for services I said NO to when asked!
The «horticulturalist» came out on our first appointment and he pointed to buds in our bushes, saying they were overrun with pests and needed TruGreens Bush treatment. I said no. Two weeks later the buds emerge as new leaves, which I knew was just a sales tactic and was a bit annoyed by that.
Two weeks later I catch a guy outside spraying our bushes! He said he was there for the bush treatment. I immediately dismissed him. TruGreen did not charge me, but then a week later, they enrolled us in a variety of services we didn’t want! I had to cancel these other services twice.
We just wanted simple reseeding and fertilizing. Will never go with these guys again.
