Do not waste your money … Went in for a pedi. I picked the $ 40 pedicure set down… their child was running back-and-forth very distractive. During the pedicure he told me he did a salt scrub which I know he didn’t and when I called him out on it he proceeded to tell me that he did do it. Horrible service will never go back.

They did a good job. Just wish they would have done my mani and pedi at the same time. But, 5 stars. Got right in, sat down. Just what I wanted.

Usually I only go here for a gel polish, but I opted for that that and a pedicure. WORST rushed pedicure ever! Like the worst. My cuticles looked the same, the gel polish was uneven. and worst of all, he spent(the owner) MAYBE15 seconds MAYBE filing my feet. They seriously feel the same. I called him out on it and he said my feet felt smooth so he didn’t need to file. Really? That along with the cuticles being the same makes me feel like the pedicure was a waste.

This was my first time visiting here and I have to say that it was a fairly pleasant experience. I got a regular shellac and they turned out beautifully. My nails were perfectly squared off and the man working on them really took his time to make sure I was happy. The only reason this place got four stars instead of five is that my color didn’t seem to last very long. After only 4 days they started to crack, but I got dark polish so it’s not that noticeable. Other than that, the service was great, atmosphere was decent, and the price was fair. I would definitely recommend this salon to any of my friends!

This was the best manicure ever!!! It lasted for four weeks and was still in perfect condition when I had my nails re-done because they had grown out. I also liked the way they took off gel polish as well – gentle, fast, effective.

Well, I can’t say there isn’t anything I don’t like about this place. Jimmy, who usually does my nails, does a fantastic job. He’s hilarious and fun to talk too. I usually get just a French manicure, but got my toes done with a design recently and he does great work with small detail. Very detail oriented. They are a small place and you will always see the same people working. Everyone is nice and do a great job. There pricing is fair and I think cheap.

I started going to this place when I worked in Erlanger, and now that I’m working in downtown Cincinnati I still make the trip. I’ve gotten regular pedicures and regular and shellac manicures and have had an excellent experience all but one time(I’ve probably been 10 times or so). Anyway, they’ve got the cheapest shellac I’ve ever encountered($ 30 for a manicure), but they’ll charge an extra $ 5 to remove shellac applied at another nail salon. You’re better off buying your own polish remover and performing the soak yourself. This is a very small family business: a husband and wife. I’ve seen one other employee there as well, but not within the last few months. If you’re going to go, there’s a chance you’ll have to wait. You’ll probably get seated up to 15 – 20 minutes before they can even get to you, which is something they’ll do so that you don’t get impatient and leave, but if there are more than 3 or 4 people, be prepared to wait. I would recommend this place to any one of my friends, but I’d advise to go during off hours(not in the middle of a Saturday afternoon). The staff is very friendly and you’ll have a good experience. Even if you live right around the city, it’s definitely worth the drive.
