If I could give them zero stars I would! Terrible staff and so rude! I went there to take back an online purchase and they were looking at me like I was annoying them all the time, and when I decided to walk around the store to maybe exchange my purchase they were literally over me like I was a criminal. I decided to not shop for anything there and just make my return. I’m never coming back to this store again. May never even purchase anything at VS because of these horrible people.

I went to this store yesterday with my boyfriend, and we were greeted by a sales associate who didnt seem to be very nice at all. I asked her about the bra that added two cup sizes and she showed me one and then asked me what size I am, and showed me the drawer that had my size in it, and rudely said «well here is everything in your size in this drawer.» Then she kicked the drawer shut and walked away. She didn’t even offer to help us with anything else. After that, we started looking around the store at the lingerie and the other bras and panties they had available. My boyfriend has a paycheck card that he gets from work, and he wanted to buy me something from this store, so we walked to the front entrance of the store where he proceeded to call and check the balance on his card. While we were doing this we had many sales associates hovering around us as if we were trying to steal. I turned around and there were about three or four of the sales associates standing at a panty display «pretending» to stock the panties, as they were all talking to each other on their headsets, and they were ALL turned around staring right at us! Really? Dont make it so obvious! Then after he called to check his card balance we walked back in the store as they all disbursed from the panty display. We walked over to the PINK section of the store where they always have the 5 for 26 pairs of panties, which I love by the way. The whole walk through the store it felt as if all of the sales associates were following us. Then when we got to the pink panty display, two sales associates stood there the whole time and watched me pick out which ones I wanted, and never once asked me if I needed help with anything. First of all, I am NOT a thief. Yes, I am a younger woman who has colored hair, and tattoos. I don’t dress like I have money, I’m more of a jeans and t shirt kind of girl. But when it comes to underwear, EVERY pair I own is VS! I feel like we were being profiled the whole time we were in the store, and it made my shopping experience VERY uncomfortable! I understand that sales associates are trained to look for any type of criminal activity, but these sales associates need to be re-​evaluated on how they do it AND how they treat customers. Not every person is a dishonest person, so don’t treat them as if they are and have every sales associate flock around you like you did something wrong. NOT COOL! Oh and by the way, we ended up buying something anyways, because like I said, I love VS. The girl at the cash register wasn’t very friendly either. She kept giving us nasty looks as if we were below her. I have been to the stores at Kenwood mall, and Tri County mall in Ohio, and BY FAR they have WAY better sales associates and customer service skills. None of these associates were friendly or smiled at you even once, they all had nasty looks on their faces and none of them seemed to like their job at all. I mean, I don’t really blame them because they work in retail. But, that’s beyond the point. Anyways, sorry for the rant but my point is… I don’t appreciate being treated like a criminal, when all my boyfriend wanted to do is buy me something nice, and just for that, I will probably never return to this location again, I will drive to Ohio for a better experience.

We all love the lingerie they have, but did you know they not only have some of the best perfumes around, but they also have the best prices to get them at the end of the year (as far as I know, and what do I know:). Gift boxes about half price.

I was at a local VS store last night looking for a beige bra. I found one that I liked and went to ask a SA if the price was right on the tag or if it was on sale. I went to her and said «Excuse me, can I ask you a question?» and she looked at me and put her finger up to me like almost in my face and said «Just a minute» then kept folding underwear. WTF. I was shocked. My friend was with me and just looked at me with her mouth open waiting for me to say something. I just stood there kind of confused. Another SA saw this and came over to me and asked if she could help me. I asked her my question, then headed to the dressing room area. and things got worse lol. I went into where the dressing rooms are and there was nobody in there. I hit the SERVICE button in there for someone to come out. A girl came and was very rude, didn’t say anything, just opened a room then slammed the door behind me. Again my friend just looked at me, like WTF is going on. I start to try on the bra and realize that the size is wrong (it was in the wrong bin) I hit the SERVICE button again and wait for someone to come back. The same girl from before came in and asked what I needed. I asked her if she could get me this same bra in the same color in another size. She comes back with a different bra in a different color but the wrong size and tells me to try that one on for size. Um, what? I know what size I want, I wanted to try on the bra I was purchasing to make sure I liked that color and style. My friend then went and got my the right bra. I go to pay (I really needed this bra, lol, otherwise I would have left) and I ask to see a manager, when the cashier points out the manager I realize that it was the girl who put her finger in my face. I then decided to not say anything to her and called CS when I got outside of the store. I had my friend look up the ph number on her phone. I called CS and explained everything to them. The CS offered me a $ 25 gift card. While that is very nice, that is not the reason I called. I explained to him that it was not necessary but he insisted, and assured me that this would be taken care of. I also requested a call back from the district manager. It seemed like everyone in this particular store was extremely rude. I love VS, but after that experience I am not sure if I will go back

All in all this is one of the better VS stores I have been in. Much bigger than most Victoria Secrets in the tri state. There is always an abundance of staff if you need any help and all seem friendly. My last trip to the store ended with a hassle free exchange and a very nice cashier/
I always make sure to get the most for my $$ and use their coupons or complete a review of the store (on the bottom of your receipt) for $ 10 of your next $ 50 purchase. I also just learned that you can call the # on the back of your VS card to request another coupon passbook when yours runs out!
