Inna is a very honest, thoughtful, and hard working person and I feel very fortunate that I have had the pleasure of knowing her. I did a lot of research on electrology and finally made an appointment with her. I went in for the consultation very nervous, but she explained the whole process to me and made me feel at ease. We started my first session that day. She is very thorough and made sure that I was comfortable at all times. I went approximately once every two weeks in the beginning months and then once every three weeks soon after and we made a lot of noticeable progress. I started electrology with Inna in December 2013 until around August 2015. My school and work schedule made it difficult to schedule regular appointments thereafter, and then I moved to Austin, TX where I’m living now.
Inna is great! Schedule an appointment with her and make sure to keep at it to see results. You’ll be happy you did :) It’s a bit painful at first but your doctor can prescribe you lidocaine numbing cream which helps so much. The process gets easier with time.

I have been seeing Inna for the last year to deal with unwanted hair on my neck, chin, and lipline after years of laser treatments didn’t do the trick. Finally I am seeing results that I could not get with laser alone, and hairs are not growing back.

This place is so great and reasonably priced. Inna really knows what she is doing and makes sure to walk you through the process before and during and tells you how o care for your skin until next time. And during the procedure she makes great conversation. After only a few times you become like her family. Additionally, the treatment actually works. I have tried so many different remedies and this is permanent and not really painful.
