When should you take your device here to get repaired? Answer: never, never, never, not ever! I took my daughter’s ipod in for screen replacement mid August was quoted a price(which they charge up front) and was told they had to order the part which would take 3 – 5 days. The staff is rude and couldn’t care less about your time. They provided me no updates and botched the first repair, which I only found out when I went to pick it up the day it was supposed to be ready. They had to reorder the part which I was told would be another 3 – 5 days, but was really more like 7 – 10. In the end it took 3 weeks and me prying information from them and it never actually got fixed. About the only thing that they did right was offer me a refund.

I’m not usually one to break my phone but when it did happen a friend of mine told me to take it to cpr in Florissant. I’m on here because they did a fantastic job!!! My repair was less than expected and was finished and back to better than new condition faster than I thought it would be! Thank you guys for doing a great job and getting me back up and running. I will definitely be telling all my friends to come here if they have any trouble with their phones!

Very pleased with my new screen. Kind of leery at first because normally I file an insurance claim. The staff was very friendly and worked with my request. I am very pleased and will refer people if need be. Thank you :-)
