Edible Arrangements

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I can’t believe how unprofessional the service was and how difficult it was to have one arrangement sent from Florissant, MO to HAZELWOOD, MO… literally a 10 mintue drive! They delivered to the wrong location and then I was told that before they could tell me what happened they had to wait for the driver to come back-​he doesn’t have a cell phone??? They delivered the arrangement to one of our offices in Downtown St. Louis instead of Hazelwood. I spoke with Edna, who told me that she was the Manager, and I said that we had been told by corporate that we would recive a full refund for the inconvenience. She said that we either got the delivery or the refund, not both. What a disaster. After some discussion we were told to expect our refund in 5 – 6 business days. We’ll see what happens, but they haven’t heard the last of me if I don’t see a refund soon!

I have never had such a horrible experience sending an edible arrangement. I’ve used other locations with great success.
I ordered an arrangement from this location to be delivered the same day. After I placed my order, someone from the store called and said the graduation container that my arrangement was supposed to come in was on back order. Ok, no big deal. They said they would send it in a different container. Fast forward to the next day. I go to track my arrangement to see when it was delivered. IT WASNT! I called the store and left a message. They never called back. I called again and spoke to someone who said «oh, idk what happened». No sorry, no what can we do. Nothing. So I told her I’d like it to be delivered first thing that day since it was supposed to get there yesterday. She said ok and that the driver came in at 10am and she’d make sure it was his first delivery. I tracked my order at noon, it said still being arranged by the store! I called at 2pm and they said it had not been delivered yet. Ugh. FINALLY, my arrangement was delivered at 4:30 pm the day AFTER it was supposed to be delivered. RIDICULOUS. I will go out of my way to never use this location ever again.
