HORRIBLE. This place is so bad I almost think they’re trying to go out of business. I have seen a dozen customers waiting in line and the employees are talking about the weather and new games coming out rather than ring out the customer and move on to the next one. Customer’s didn’t even start the conversation, employees just don’t seem to care, or maybe this is on purpose? Even when I checked out they were not focused and kept talking about everything but what they were suppose to and I was just trying to check out and get out of there! If I was the owner or manager I’d fire all of them and start over
