This is has to be the slowest and most disorganized Jack N Box I have EVER been to! Went through the drive thru and spent about $ 19. They told us to pull around in front and food would be brought out. After watching other people order inside and get their food, including a staff member who took a huge bag of food to her car, and literally 20 minutes later, I go in and ask about our food. They said they were busy and looked at me as if this was the normal process l of slowness. We drive away and realized there were no fries, ketchup, or salt with our order. Stay away from this place!

I’d give them zero stars if I could. Show up at 0150 in the AM, and told they are at a shift change and we need to wait at least 10 minutes before our order can be taken and completed. There was nobody in front of us and we’re the only customers. Let me just say you are lazy and should go play in traffic.

This was my first time at Jack in the Box, and I was not impressed. First of all, they are located right off the highway at a busy intersection, which was annoying to get in/out of. I walked in rather than doing the drive through, and they forgot to put my order in, causing a very long wait. When I finally got my food, the chicken sandwich I got was ok (not great), but the taco I ordered was the worst I have ever eaten. It was flat, filled with way too much cheese and not much of anything else that was supposed to be on it. I was very turned off to Jack in the Box, especially at this location.
