Kmart

This store is the worst. The place is a mess and the staff (manager included) don’t give a d*mn! I rarely shop in the store because of how messy and dirty it is. My only reason to enter is to pickup an online order. Only problem is, they even mess that up. Same day pickup — more like when they feel like getting your stuff 2 – 3 days time. They are suppose to bring your online order to your car but after waiting 15 mins I go inside, no one cared. They even got the wrong size clothes for my order. :(I hate this store with a passion.

I am going to give poor K-​Mart an A-​Okay review. They are struggling. Well the establishment is nice and clean. They have trouble with manpower from what I can tell. If you go to buy something or have a question there is no one available to help you, or no one in the department that should be there.
If they were not struggling as a business in whole I would truly rate them a 2 star, trying to have compassion here. The personnel at the front seems to try and provide some good customer service and help people, but that is almost where it ends. Now don’t get me wrong, from what I can tell, when you can find a worker, they are more than willing to help you, if they are not too busy doing other jobs
I went to the back where lay-​away was and no one was there to help me, if you try to get help on a big ticket item or heavy item assistance they seem to get a bit reluctant to help you for some reason. Either the people that are supposed to help you don’t want to do heavy lifting or they are so slow getting to you. You can just sense that there is somewhat a low morale here.
I tried to find the pet food and there just are not enough people to help you out in their perspective departments. I had to find someone that was somewhere else to help me. There is a Walmart opening down the street from them soon, and I am afraid with the way Wally world operates, it may be lights out for K-​Mart.
I hope they can turn things around, with competitive pricing and better customer service. If not its lights out!!!
Check out went okay, and that is about the best part of the experience is at the front. Returns and check out, but the rest of the back of the house, no one is around hardly and for those that are… looks like they are doing more than one job and too busy to be effective!

We usaully did not shop at Kmart but they now have a Great Reward Program & Layaway which give gives great incentives to shop there. This location has nice service and the prices are reasonable. Check it out!
