This store is complete crap and little to no customer service is provided and they took 3 days to change from at&t(which has way better customer service) and they said they would pay for the first months bill because of how long it took for them to give us our phones, but we had a lot of trouble having any support of what they said and they finally(supposedly) paid it after a week of us calling sprint and the store. Now finnaly our service was turned off because they said we owe money and this is because the store didn’t turn in our phones from at&t and now we owe sprint money because the store didn’t do their job, that is NOT our JOB! This store totally bull craps their way through their job and doesn’t like to take responsibility of any thing they say or do!

I got a new Note 5 today. April at the Sprint Store on Highway 67 North, is the best. You hear that Sprint, April, WOW’d me today. She has excellent customer service. Dear Sprint, I have said some bad things in the past, but with workers like April, you are the best. From now on, I am a loyal Sprint customer. I have been WOW’d by April and I love the service I got.

Well its July and I have yet to hear from management regarding my grievances. I am sending another email to say I will be going to another cellular service provider and its not because of the exorbitant amount my bill is month but poor customer care from your representatives. My previous email I praised Danielle for working with me to get my bill down which she said she did not do. But as I was questioning everything on my bill I found out that Danielle charged me for a car charger that she said was free of charge because of the incovenience and poor handling of my account. I did not ask for the car charger. She offered it to me free then I find I am being charged. I have giving Sprint 14 years. Its time to move on.
