update: it has been over 2 months after a negative experience with this company and i still have not received a promised partial refund. i have even called the company and reminded them on several occasions that the refund has still not been sent. the company almost never answers calls and they do not return messages. have reported incident to BBB almost a month ago and have still not gotten a reply. also the staff/owner megan are rude. would never recommend this company to anyone!

They were late showing up to pick up our bachelor party. Air conditioning didn’t seem to be working. Driver was using printed off mapquest directions and was difficult to get a hold of when we wanted to head to our next destination. It was ok, but wouldn’t reccomend for anything fancy.

After showing up with the wrong bus for a wedding this past Saturday, bus not air conditioned, they then left the bride and groom for two hours– STRANDED! DONOTPATRONIZE this business!!!
