Well, where do I start? Should I start with the shotty dentistry or the fact that every time I go here I see a different hygienist? I’ve been told that this office has a high turnover rate because of Dr. Lalich which I can understand because I see the way she treats her employees when I’m there. Putting employees down in front of customers is bad business if you ask me. I seen this woman get pretty physical with a 5 year old child just to get X-​rays on him!!! Now let’s get to her bad dentistry. You could probably pay a bum to install a crown better than this lady. I had so much cement all over my tooth… I asked her if it should be removed and she said «it’s supposed to be like that» which after I visited a different dentist I was told that’s not right. The hygienist at my new dentist barely touched my crown and it fell off anyway and I was happy that I had a crown installed correctly by a good dentist. I would give Dr. Laura Lalich zero stars if I could. Don’t ever come here. I’m surprised she’s still in business with her horrible dentistry and awful management of a dental office.

My girlfriend turned me onto this office a year ago. I literally drive 120 miles round trip for something as small as a routine cleaning, to a root canal (yuck). The staff here is professional and friendly. I’m lucky to have been introduced to Dr. Laura…

I went to this dental clinic for over eight years before deciding to change.
For cleanings, diagnosis and bedside manner, they are great. The problem is that too many people I know who have had dental work at this Flossmoor office have had problems afterward. My ex-​wife, her parents, and my fiancée all have had issues, usually with fillings, dental pain and infection. Dr. Lalich is always quick to correct her errors, but the problems at the office are a bit too many for my taste.
I have personally never had a problem here, but I don’t want to take any chances.
I transferred my records to Cambridge Dental, and my daughter and I have been very happy with Cambridge since then.
