Mopsie B’s comments from 2013 about the frequent reminders still exist today. My husband and I are patients and often go on different days. We each will receive at least one postcard, two phone calls and 3 text messages which may require you to respond to the text and call the office. Even after doing so, you will receive one last text message that you must respond to. Please review your system again, because this is starting to get annoying. I’ve been pleased with the customer service of all the staff and Dr. Greenebaum is good, but how many reminders does one need.

Just a wonderful dental practice. The dentists, assistants, hygienists, and front desk staff are so very kind and caring. Every visit is looked forward to, to THE DENTIST! The center for dental excellence made keeping up with oral hygiene a joyful experience instead of a fearful one. Many thanks to all for the kind people who work here!

Normally, I would travel into the city to visit my dentist but read several reviews on CDE and decided to try them out. As a first time patient I was extremely satisfied, this will be my official Dental office.
I’ve had a cleaning and deep cleaning by Linda and she is excellent! She has the gentle touch and is thorough. I can tell that she loves what she does and does not hesitate to answer any of my questions. The staff is extremely nice and professional. The office is up to date on technology and has great products (even all natural rinse).

I love them. I am a dental phobe and my dentist and dental assistant have put me at ease. I have had extensive dental work over the years and earlier in my life I had horrendous experiences, but as soon as I walked into this office, I felt I could trust them. My sister recommended me to them when I told her I needed to find another dentist, and I am happy I took her advice.

What can I say??? Nothing but GREAT things about The Center For Dental Excellence! From Dr. Greenebaum, Sandy, Suzanne, the front office staff, and EVERYBODY that I have had the pleasure of meetis extremely customer service oriented. They exceed your expectations, they are prompt, courteous, friendly, and professional! They clean & exam your teeth thoroughly, and their work is Stellar! I have never seen a cleaner dental office and they have state of the art equipment! I have referred lots of friends and family to CDE and not one of my referrals have been disappointed! If you are looking for a dentist The Center For Dental Excellence is simply THE BEST!!!

I had my teeth cleaned for the first time in SIX years here today. Needless to say, I was pretty nervous that my neglect for routine cleanings was going to result in a few cavities and a possible lashing from whoever was gonna clean my teeth. This was absolutely NOT the case. Whoever booked my appt. on Friday was very sweet and even got me an appt. within three days. I was greeted warmly, and Shannon did a fabulous job cleaning my teeth and doing my x-​rays. I experienced no discomfort and was elated to get a clean, cavity-​free bill of health. I had such a great experience, I made an appt. for sept. I won’t go anywhere else from now on! I also commend them for offering several reasonably priced packages for those without insurance.

I’ve had to devalue my previous review, based on recent experiences. I think the dental care is still top notch and I like all of the dentists themselves. Unfortunately, the front desk staff has been displaying spectacular ineptitude with regard to customer service lately. If you book an appointment, they tend to book it with an assistant or hygienist, rather than with the actual dentist. I get confused when they say, «OK and you usually see Linda.» I don’t know who Linda is! I just want my teeth cleaned and to see the dentist! Once the appointment is booked, you can expect to receive at least three e-​mails, three texts, 1 – 2 phone «confirmations» as well as a postcard in the mail, as «reminders» of your upcoming visit. This is too much, IMO. And if you decide to cancel an appointment, the «reminders» will keep coming because apparently, the system they use cannot keep up in real time with any changes they make to the books. It got so out of hand for me recently that I actually had phone calls and reminders all the way through the day of the appointment that I had already cancelled and then I got a call informing me that I «missed» the appointment that I had cancelled. So, what exactly is the point of reminding people and urging them to call to cancel if it actually doesn’t get cancelled in the system? Even though I called and spoke to Kelly this week to say that I’ll probably be taking my business elsewhere, she couldn’t offer me any kind of an explanation. All I got was a hollow apology and more confusion. Someone needs to take charge of the front office or this will continue to happen. Also, it’s not cheap to go here and they always seem to want to add costs. The bottom line is that these are very nice facilities and the work they do is good but they will never tell you costs upfront and the front desk staff is just not very together. For people who don’t live in the area, it’s tough to justify making a special trip for this.
