TOTAL RIP OFF!
My husband called F&F today to get a lock fixed as the key broke off in the door. The locksmith said he had to drill out the lock in order to open the door. Although the person we spoke with on the phone said he’d be there in 20 – 40 minutes, it was well over an hour when he arrived and he charged us $ 160! Total rip off. Never again.
