McDonald’s

Reviewing a McDonald’s seems weird. The food is the same here as any of them and the décor is a bit above average.
But I want to point out that as I’ve sat here for my lunch I’ve seen such an incredible staff in operation at a McDonald’s as I have today.
There are a large number of elderly customers currently dining here. I’ve seen the staff here carry their trays to their tables for them, walking carefully alongside these guests instead of running ahead and putting the food down.
As staff members clean and handle other required routine tasks they are checking in on these older customers as they go.
I’ve never seen such care and consideration for our old met folks at a chain fast food place as I am seeing right now.
There is a whole section filled with smiling elderly folks who have been treated with dignity and care beyond the expected level of service.
All this while giving me my food quickly and without mistake.

I know McDonald’s has been struggling the last few years and they have been trying to cut back and workout their menu. Let me be the first to tell you that THIS type of McDonald’s is the real reason people aren’t going to McDonald’s anymore. To begin, walking into the place it was filthy. There are empty garbage cans sitting around, there was a dirty rag sitting on the counter we were ordering at, there was sections of the restaurant blocked off by trash cans I guess waiting to be cleaned? Then we stood there at the counter for at least ten minutes waiting for someone to take our order, with people walking by us without saying ‘be with you in a minute’. Then no apology when the lady finally came by to take our order. The first item I tried to order, the southwest salad, they were completely out of, then I tried to order a breakfast sandwich and was told it would be a 10 – 15 minute wait as its too order. Finally I said forget my food, I’ll just take two kids meals. I was already seriously regretting my decision not to just do drive thru. So I get the two meals and sit down and realize they forgot the apples. Then of course, they are out of the apple slices and we get diced apples that go on oatmeal? This place is disgusting, with horrific service on top of that. And as I’m typing this sitting at the table with my children, the workers are screaming at each other for stuff. Avoid this place at all costs and take your kids to Chick-​Fil-​A or Burger King!!!

I have been going to this location since it opened, years ago I lived in Wyndmoor. While on occasion the food is lacking I always assumed it was who ever was manning the grille at that time. But overall for an inexpensive meal it isn’t bad, I recommend the basic hamburgers, that is the healthiest item on their menu

This place sucks the drive thru took forever and the cashier has bad attitude she just worried about leaving telling girl I am leaving when it’s time she should leave now since she’s worthless!!! They need to learn how to make hot fudge sundae right stay in school kids never again

The staff here are always really sweet and friendly. The building is pretty run down, but I don’t have super high expectations for a McDonalds. It’s clean, the cashiers are always extra-​friendly, and they get my order right. I’m always pleasantly surprised by their cheery attitudes. Fast food workers aren’t usually the friendliest in food service, but that’s not the case at this location. They do a really great job.

Has to be the WORST Mcdonalds out there.
Building is also very run down.
Often times if there is A car behind you, they ask for you to pull down the driveway actually blocking the cross walk to main entrance.
Many times they have you pull down to the drive thru Waiting spots and completely forget your there???
Orders are usually wrong.
If not during prime time the food will be crusty and old/​stale.
The staff is more interested in begging money off you for Ronald Mcdonald house than actually doing their job and getting orders right.
Did I say Worst Mcdonalds out there?

The morning Manager at this McDonalds’s is very professional and always goes out of his way to help the customers. He helps the senior citizens entering the door and always puts the customers first. This McDonald’s is always clean, neat, and cheerful.

I expect lousy service at any fast food place, especially Mickey Ds, but HOLY COW!!! This place set an all new standard.
I placed a drive-​thru order, and they forgot 8 (eight) items out of 15.
Morons.
