If I could rate 0 stars I would. Do not take anything of value here to have framed. I took a priceless jersey here to have it put in a frame. It was going to cost me $ 650. I picked them since they are professional framers. After a month of waiting, I got it back and the framer had torn a hole in the front of the jersey. Now I have a beautifully framed torn jersey. The actual framer lied to me and told me that it was already torn. I emailed Aaron’s main office and apparently they did not have the decency to return my email.

I am a frequent customer of this location and I can honestly say the are the BEST! Melissa and her staff are ALWAYS helpful, friendly and strive to get me the best possible service and price. I highly recommend Aaron Bros Flower Mound!

This place is a total scam. I normally take stuff to places like Michael’s for framing, because they’re pretty cheap. But I had a coupon for 60% off an order at Aaron Brothers, and I had two things I wanted framed, so I decided to use them. My wife took the stuff in for me, and when she came home with the receipt I nearly fainted. I was just having one poster put in an 18X24 frame (no matting or anything) and a picture put in a smaller frame with some matting. It was going to cost $ 175 just for that. And that was with 60% off supposedly, they said the total cost would have been $ 479!!! To frame two things? Yeah right. The simple black poster frame I asked for, that all they had to do was put the poster inside, was going to be $ 200. I can buy the same frame at Wal-​Mart for $ 15. I went back up there and got my poster/​picture back and will never walk into this place ever again. I don’t know if they’re actually that high, or if they just jacked up the prices insanely high because of the 60% off coupon, either way Aaron Brothers is a total scam. If they’re going to be that blatant about robbing people they might as well just use a gun. I don’t think anybody is stupid enough to believe it would cost close to $ 500 just to frame a picture and a poster.
