Stephanie is awesome, she did my botox and laser hair removal. Needless to say, I won’t go to anyone else. All the girls up there are very nice and helpful. They were able to answer all of my questions and give me realistic expectations of my treatments.

Initially I thought things were good… but on each subsequent visit my opinion decreased. There are a million upsales that they try to do, I find this to be an annoying business practice. They took it to the extent that I doubted there was any legitimacy at all in what they do. Obviously this is a very negative review… let me explain the basis. They insisted that I was in need of their hormone replacement program after reviewing the results from the labs they requested. The cost of the labs was close to $ 3000(luckily I have insurance) – and I was fine with it provided that the medical staff needed the information for treatment and that they were going to accurately interpret the results. There medical person told me that I needed tons of different supplements, all that they have for sale for additional cost. That seems legit – except that when I took the results to qualified specialists(MDs certified in endocrinology, gynecology) they advised me that the my test results(pre hormone program) indicated HIGH(out of acceptable range) levels of several hormones and vitamins/minerals. There was no need for them to charge me $ 275 for testosterone that was already too high – in fact their doing so was not medically advisable. Nonetheless, they implanted a testosterone tablet in my thigh to supplement my excessive testosterone level. Guess what?? – it got even higher and further away from the healthy range. The same was true for DHEA and B12. Scary stuff. Next, there was a extremely important flag indicated in the blood work requiring follow-up with a qualified MD and retesting – they did not even address this with me or tell me about it. I can assume this was because it was not something they treated or offered an additional upsale opportunity. They specifically ordered this particular test and one can only assume it was necessary. Part of their responsibility to their patients is to be able to properly interpret the results in a medically appropriate manner. Labs should not be used to support financial motives only, they are vital medical tests. If the results are beyond their scope they need to make referrals appropriately and stop all medical/supplement services until someone with the appropriate training has been consulted. They toe the line of negligence and medical misconduct. If only that was it. If you are still considering their services, plan to constantly micro manage their accounting practices. Keep every receipt and make notes on prices quoted(this will haunt you). They often quoted one price and deducted a much higher number from my account balance. They sell packages at one price and then will bill you for each line item separately – making the amount you pay substantially different from what you were told. Get everything in writing, they truly struggle with providing a statement of all services and charges. They give out simple retail cash register/charge card receipts instead of invoices. Not acceptable when you are charging hundreds, sometimes thousands of dollars for services. When I asked for line item invoices it took one full week for them to give me one and it showed the many deceptive practices I described above – overcharging, double billing, charges for items not received, etc. They are truly the shadiest business I have ever interacted with. There are lots of options for these services, choose one that has professional, quality and well trained staff with at least some medical training.

I got 50 units of Dysport. Everybody was great! Kelley did my injections and she was great as well. Some of the negative reviews are ridiculous. I will be going back for lip injections.

I had a very nice experience at this spa. I got 30 units of botox thru a group on deal. My wrinkles vanished, but I still had natural expression on my face.

I wanted to give a big shout out to Beverly Hills Rejuvenation for their donation to my Charcot-Marie-Tooth Association Charity Golf Tournament. I love the fact that a local company is giving back to their community. Super easy to talk to and all the staff were very kind. Thanks again donating and making a difference!

Went for Botox using a Groupon. No problems at all. I wasnt up-sold on anything, but I knew exactly what I wanted so that probably helped. Everything was quick and easy. Kelley, the assistant who handles the injections, was great! Super nice, clearly knew what she was doing. In-and-out during lunchtime, super quick. Ill be back!

They are very sneaky! I had never had Botox before so I bought the Groupon for $ 139 for 20 units to try it. I got to my appointment I told the injector that I had never done Botox before,. She looked at my face and asked if I wanted to do the lines between my eyes, forehead and the side of my eyes and I said sure. I asked if the Groupon covered that and she said«yes, it is part of the Groupon price». I go to pay my $ 139 for my 20 units and she said it was $ 339 because I got 60 units! The injector NEVER told me she was putting extra in. Their response was«did you think you were getting those other areas for free?» I didn’t know howuch 20 units covered and she never explained it to me or told me that it would be extra to take care of the other spots. If you go make sure you tell them to only give you 20 units or whatever you want and nothing more otherwise they will scam you and of buying more.

Nice place but don’t buy the Groupon if you are not a new custom. I didn’t read the fine print and Beverly Hills would not honor the Groupon. Groupon refunded me with Groupon Bucks and I am now going to another place for Botox.

My wife and I visit BHRC a few times per year. I value my life too much to say what my wife gets done, but I have received various facials and skin treatments, and I once utilized a special therapy to remove a particularly dark spot on my face. I also buy most of my face creams and cleaners there, and I am at least considering the hormone therapy, which a friend did and absolutely loves. Staff is friendly, couldn’t find any faults to deduct stars.

My experience here has been nothing but pleasant. I have received IPL twice, which improved the overall color of my skin and helped with some dark spots. Michelle also convinced me to get some botox around my brows and it turned out great and lasted a really long time! I will definitely be returning for some more!

Botox — not happy. Wanted to correct lines in forehead, after treatment now have wrinkles above both eyes, and one eye droopy. Can’t put contact lens in, struggle to put eyeliner on. Went back and they charged me more $$ to put more shots in to correct droopy eye. It better work. NOT happy! Additional shots did not work. Manager and staff don’t really care. Terrible My friend did not have a good experience here either with her Ultherapy. Be careful with this business!!!

The ladies at the center fixed a bad lip job from a very expensive cosmetic guy in Dallas. They were very professional and are good listeners. That is so important when you’re having something like this done.

I work just down the road and always saw this place when getting my Starbucks fix. I decided to go in and get more information about laser hair removal. They seem to have alot of advertising for a lot of different treatments but were very friendly and gave me the info I needed. They asked if I had a groupon and said no, I will make an appointment later. I got the groupon for 6 sessions on a small area for 100 bucks. I went in and talked to a nurse who asked me about my goals and then the technician came in. I did my upper lip and they used a cold gel with the laser and i could barely feel it! I have gone back 4 times and to be honest by the 3rd time i had almost no hair grow back! At around the 3rd treatment i decided to get another package for the sideburn area and it started those as well. It works great! Even though i only go every 6 weeks or so the girls remember me and are always pleasant! The hair growth has slowed down dramatically. I will continue to go there to get more laser hair removal and Botox in the future for sure!

I see there are two listing for this place, so I’m posting on both to warn people. I had an appointment, took time off work to go(I don’t get paid for this), showed up and was told I didn’t have an appointment. She had no record of me going there in the past(true, I have never been before) HOWEVER… She did know my birthday. Clearly I DIDHAVE an appointment as I tend to not randomly call up businesses, tell them my birthday, and then hang up. I am sorry that I cannot comment on the quality of services, as I didn’t receive any.

I bought a groupon for Radiesse fillers. At my appointment, she Immediately told me I would need more so I upgraded to the full syringe. It was still a good deal, but they tried to sell me Dyport & Botox, which I couldn’t afford. It’s been 3 months since the injections & they’ve already disappeared in my cheeks. I’ve had Radiesse before, and it doesn’t start to diminish for at least 8 months. It’s obvious they jipped me and used something cheaper. Probably once they realized I wouldn’t be able to afford other things, they didn’t want to waste good product. It seemed like a classy place, but the technician also put more on the side that didn’t need it. We talked about it before, guess she didn’t care. I called back after it settled to tell them. They said I could buy more product & fix the other side. Wouldn’t that be easy!!! Make sure you check the product if possible. But you probably shouldn’t waste your time here, with all the med spa options available in the area.
