Like the patio. Enjoy the bar layout as this isn’t a typical chilis footprint. Overall feels like it needs a good scrub down.

Blue cheese dip was rancid. Waitress said it had turned a funny color and no one knew why. We ordered diet cokes, but they tasted like Coke. Waitress said they hooked wrong tank up and were clearing line. Actually, she said lots of people were sending them back. Food poor. Won’t be returning.

Food is good, but waitress was way to flirty with the guys. This isn’t Hooter’s, you don’t have to throw yourself at people. Show some self respect. Think her name was Grace. But other than that pathetic show, all was good.

Change in the menu not good. Removed slot of favs. Suspect the will see business fall off. We won’t be returning which is sad but just can’t deal with the menu changes.

The bartender with the curly hair and glasses is friendly. The quality of food is… hmmm…average. Last time I went, they were out of tortilla chips. And they don’t have spinach dip anymore!

Went to place a Togo, I stood at the Togo window for 5 – 10 mins without being greeted and about 5 staff members looked/walked right by me with out saying a word. Confused and tired of waiting, I sat at the bar and then was helped. Food came fast, tasted good too. But some customer service skills would be great here.

The waitresses like to congregate and talk about people… not very professional and don’t think providing good service is a priority they would rather huddle up and talk about others… needless to say I won’t be returning a high school experience is not what I’m looking for when I go out for dinner.

Service has always been good here but the menu changes are too much to keep up with. Wanted an Oldtimer with Cheese but its the new and improved menu… again… and they should have left it alone… not very good and surely not an improvement.

Its Chili’s, nough said! This location is not exceptional in anyway. Honestly we stopped going for a while because the service went down hill in all Chili’s for a while when they first started that 2 waiters per table operation. No one would come by and fill up drinks etc… expecting their partner to be doing it. Now you can use the Ziosk thing to re-order drinks so thats better-ish. The food was always good and we love the molten cakes so yummy they are sinful!!! So Chili’s fix the on going issues with your service being mediocre and we can get you at least another star.

I was really disappointed when I came in and ordered a half order of queso with chips and ended up paying more than a full order of queso. It made no sense! The manager even came to explain to me that because their system is so and so, they not only charge for the half queso but they also charge $ 3 for the chips, making it approx $ 7. If you just order the full queso it comes out to be $ 5 – 6 and you get the chips free with it. Stupid. I’ve never had an issue ordering half orders of queso before at any other chilis and getting chips with it without getting charged an extra $ 3.

Always consistent and usually very friendly. You go to Chili’s because you know what you want. The Flower Mound location is always clean and usually the service is very good. Some of the recent menu changes are good, with a few different selections. Good drink menu and bar.

Best Chilis around. The bar areas service is excellent. Im going to give this place a 3−½ star because the food is good but not great. You can usually get free chips and salsa if you check in on foursquare or Unilocal

My office is a few blocks from this location, and I’ve been there a dozen times this year. I AMDONE. The food is standard Chili’s food. Usually pretty good… nothing special What is notable about this place is the horrible, rude, incompetent, slow service that is a consistent issue here. On the last(and I mean last) visit to this location, we spoke with the manager on duty(heavy-set, masculine woman) who was abrupt and rude. Like most visits to this location, our«quick» lunch took an hour and a half due to the slow service.(Getting your cleared plate removed from the table takes forever, and you’ll wait even longer for your check.) When I am hungry for Chili’s I drive out of my way to go to the Grapevine Mills location. I will NEVER return to this one.

Our server was Jason and he was excellent and looked after us well even though I can be a pain in the ass at time. At this time of day 3pm is a good time cos the place is empty.

ok… like others have said its just a chilis. It has made strides as to the menu by removing the tons of butter they use with their food that you can taste in almost every bite, from over buttered buns … to side veggies and everything else. They have changed the menu somewhat and now serve better dishes in my opinion. but really its like a restaurant for highschool kids to work at while balancing school at the same time so dont expect the best service at least in the flower mound area. I would really only go there for appetizers and maybe catch a game at the bar area…

Food is reliable and decent. Service is getting slower every time. They come and introduce themselves– tell you about their«partner» and then you’ll not see either of them again until you want the check. The train’s sliding off the track here. Clueless.

I have had number meals at the 3040 and 2499 Flower Mound location with consistently good results. Standard menu, I measure the service and how the food is prepared. Everything has been good.

Definitely not the best Chili’s. The problem is the kitchen. Everything took way too long to come out. They even got my kid’s meal wrong. Any family restaurant knows that you get the kid’s meal out first. This way, the parents can feed the kids first because kids take longer to eat. It allows parents to get their kids meal out of the way and so that they can enjoy their meal a little better. A kid’s meal coming late means everyone has to wait for the kid to finish. It also means one of the parent has to shuffle between their meal and their kid’s meal. Epic Fail.

The service here was fine, which usually isn’t the case when a review is scored this low. Our server was attentive and kept our glasses refilled. The Dr Pepper tasted good. Those are pretty much all of the positives. My burger tasted… well. gross. Everything on my plate tasted as though it had been reheated from frozen. And it was gross. I went with a friend of mine, J,(who was incredibly pregnant at the time), so she could’ve been served sawdust and would’ve loved it. My fries were scarce, which wasn’t a bad thing as they tasted boring and generally icky. There was nothing WRONG with my burger(I usually ask for no condiments and all of the veggies on the side. They did that just fine), but it just wasn’t good. I understand that Chili’s food is for the most part just reheated frozen food and a slightly fancier version of fast food. But this time it really really tasted like it. My favorite thing(chicken caesar pita) was taken off the menu which usually tasted better than other things, to me. J has suggested Chili’s since this visit and I’ve always opted out. I’ve suggested better quality(and considerably higher prices) restaurants in the area. I’m totally cheap and want to save money when I can, but if it costs me $ 15+ for a burger/fries + soda + tip at Chili’s? I’d much much rather spend $ 25 at Logan’s or BJ’s. The food is going to taste better, regardless of what I order.
