Great customer service. Love this one way more over the location in Flower Mound. Came here 20 minutes before closing to pre-​order Twilight Princess and the employee was so friendly and to the point. Recommended!!!

Been here a few times when in town. I have to agree with one person saying that one or two of the people that work there are a little slow on the check out but the workers are always helpful when I need a question answered. Called up today after having a problem with Hickory Creek store… again and Chris was very awesome with a answering a question I had and a misunderstanding about digital copies. Thanks man.

I’m a fan of Gamestop in general. Whats not to love about a store dedicated to video games? This location looks about the same as any other. It is small but pretty well organized and stuffed full of games and gaming equipment. There always seems to be a line at the counter and the staff are slow, in more ways than one. But, most are a bunch of young kids, so I’m sure they don’t mean to move like molasses.
Gamestop will trade in or buy back your used games and game systems and they sell used products in the store.
