Ouch! The nail technician cut my cuticles not once but twice. She was attacking my cuticles as if she were angry at them. She nicked me once and I flinched and said ‘you’re getting a little close there,’ She responds by cutting me again, making me bleed and Unilocal again. She said sorry and tried to keep going. I told her, no more cuticle cutter, and she started arguing with me that she needed to finish it up. I said, no more cuticle tool, just push them back and she protested again. I was almost ready to walk out but she finally relented (though she seemed put out). She put some green slimey stuff on my open cut which she rubbed in with her BARE fingers. I should have left then… she cut one nail too short, left another too long and the paint is a little uneven. Henry, the male tech did a nice job on my toes though. Please save yourself the pain and possible infection and skip this place.
