My Flooring America

This company does not honor its warranty. We had the flooring bubble up from the subflooring and its has been over three weeks and no one has repaired it. My 79 year old mom is walking on a floor that is unsafe. They continue to put us off and make excuses, blame the manufacturer and will not repair the flooring. My life time warranty is worthless. i can totally respect a place that asks me to post about them. These guys are doing things right. A very established business with all the bells and whistles to complete any project. I am a do it yourselfer by nature but I was not about to tackle this project. hardwoods all downstairs and til ein the kitchen. flawless job. One day I will change the carpets and My flooring America can bid it forst. I ddint know which store was which but I wanted my salesperson Ken to get some credit too.

Stay away from this company. We purchased tile and carpet from them and this company did the worst job I have seen in a tile install. All of the transitions to carpet were jagged or not straight. Tiles were not laid straight and overall were poorly laid. They re-​installed the tile around my fireplace and while doing so put deep scratches in the wood floor. They are offering to redo the tile, but will not give me any guarantees in writing that they will replace the new carpet if it gets damaged or repaint base boards and walls.
I also asked that an executive from the company call me and basically got the run around for 3 months and then told no one will call me. You would think a company would want to address the concerns of a customer who spent over $ 13.000. I paid extra because I thought I was getting a good local company and preferred that over a big national chain, my mistake.
3 months later still not resolved.
My advice go somewhere else!
