Starbucks

This is quite a nice Starbucks located inside the new and improved Kroger Signature. The employees here are always extremely friendly and for the most part always make my drink (s) perfectly! However, when trainees are on duty, there is a chance your drink order will be messed up! I’ve ordered a pumpkin spice latte twice from the same girl (I think her name was Jennifer) and I could not even taste the pumpkin one bit! I don’t blame her, she’s just a new employee. I just wish they would train these new employees better before letting them make drinks alone! Wait time is usually non-​existent, but I usually come from 5 – 8 in the evening. I have gone in the morning before, and since there are rarely two employees there at the same time, wait time is not ideal one bit. But overall, I like this Starbucks. The friendliness makes up for it’s downfalls. Just make sure you taste your drink before you leave just in case they messed up!
