Super Target

Anyone who is familiar with me knows I love Target. Today, however, was a different story. I drove to the Flower Mound Target for a pair of shoes… yes, shoes. I had previously purchased black booties that were so comfortable! Online, their website stated they had two size 8s in stock. Perfect, I thought! Off I went. Looked and looked, but to no success. I spoke with some employees at the service desk who also saw that two were available on their computer, as well. Staff couldn’t locate it. I was then told «order them on our site for in-​store pick up, then you can have them.» Huh? Yes, they keep extra stock in the storeroom. I asked why they couldn’t just let me buy one of the pair from this special, super-​secret storeroom. Nope, no can do. What kind of joke is this??! Forget it. I will shop someone else.

Clean Store, great customer service, good groceries! Sometimes the groceries can be alittle bit more expensive!

The toys were picked to the bones over Christmas, I assume, because when I took my kids to the toy department to spend their target gift cards on NYE there weren’t many options! At least not in any worth buying. However, there’s always something to buy here, and for the most part, this store is clean and organized and easy to shop!
The bathrooms have always been acceptable, not super clean, but never wholly gross.
Great sales on certain items make it a better deal than Wal-​Mart at times!

I like this Target. Bathrooms aren’t the best, but that’s kind of what you expect in public places.
This location is typically busy, but remains clean. I’ve always had great help when I needed it!

Pharmacy :(
I thought maybe the pharmacy people were just rude to me, but I see another review that said the same thing. Seriously, the cashiers are nicer than the pharmacy and they get paid half of what those girls make. I’ve only ever felt compelled to write a store and complain about their customer service one other time in my 20 years as an adult and this is the second time. Not even a crack of a smile, there was the pregnant lady last time who couldn’t be bothered to smile which is weird because she was about to have a baby so you would think she would be happy and now some blond lady who just looked annoyed that she had to help me and when I smiled, no smile back, no nothing. I mean do these people hate their jobs or what??? Glad I quite pharm school the first year in I’d hate to be that miserable. Needless to say I will go to Walmart from now on even though it’s a little bit farther.

This Target store is clean and tidy. Otherwise it’s pretty much the same as every other Target.

I love this Target because it is located soo close to my house. I always prefer going here over Walmart because they have a better candy selection, and I need my daily dosage of chocolate! The staff is always very cordial and friendly, and they employ both young and old. The store is also scary clean, and extremely organized. I am also happy that they do not change where certain products are located every month, so I can find what I need quickly and zip in and out of there. Plus, they have a Starbucks inside the store that I go to pretty often. However, I would not suggest going to this Target if you are in a hurry. It seems like every time I go in there I have to wait in line because they don’t have enough employees working the registers. This Target needs to catch up with the Walmart across the street and offer self checkout. I think if they offered this, wait time would be less and they would gain more customers. Despite this, I still love Target as a whole and will continue to come!

I have to change my tune about this Target bc the customer service is really the best. I’ve never been to a Target where ALL the workers go above and beyond to help their customers. I have two little kids, and the sales people have always been so kind and understanding when I’m there, getting me through the express checkout quickly, and helping me out to my car! I’m still not sure about the pharmacy, but otherwise this Target is really great. :)
The Pharmacy is terrible– rude and you always have to wait at least 20 min. There is one pharmacist who is really helpful, the others are either silent or annoyed that you ask them a question. Another point: I hate that there is no organized line to get to the pharmacy. People just wait in the aisles and no one gets seen in order. Not going here anymore!

I’ve been here a hundred times and I love this store. It’s HUGE and well laid out with anything and everything you could want in a big box store.
This Target is pretty darn new, and as such, it is nice, spacious, clean, and pretty. It has a massive well lit parking lot. Inside there is a grocery side and a regular target super store side. There is also a on side optometrist and glasses store, a starbucks, and a mini fast food restaurant. They also have a very nice on site Pharmacy, deli, and bakery.
I love Target for food, clothes, housewares, ect at good prices. Quality is always excellent.

It’s usually crowded, but clerks keep the lines moving pretty quickly. Store is well kept and merchandise usually nicely arranged. It’s easy to find things.
Picked up some 3M tape used to hang garlands from bannisters and was glad to find it there with the other Christmas goodies!

Whats not to love about a grocery store inside a Target? Best of both worlds and way better than Super Wal-​mart.

We really like the pharmacy at this Super Target. With kids, we are in and out a lot. (If you have kids, ask them for additional stoppers and syringes for your over the counter liquid medicines as well.)
The staff is very friendly and always willing to take the time to go over any questions you may have. Big fan of the auto-​refill options as well. Don’t forget you can have them email you instead of an automated phone call.
