Why don’t they include the cost of oil disposal in the oil change up front. Does anyone take the used oil with them? Also additional fees if you have a special oil filter. They did take the coupon on the valvoline web site.

I brought both of my cars to this location for oil changes this past weekend. Both times, extremely quick service. Super nice people! The girl who checked me out, Ester… great! I have been here numerous times and it is always really, quick. They never push unnecessary work on people. Great job!

These guys are friendly and helpful. Quick service and a clean waiting area. They made recommendations but didn’t push with a hard sell like other places. I’ll be back for sure.

My daughter went to this oil change location today for an oil change and inspection. The technician told her that she needed synthetic oil on a 2006 Chevrolet(not recommended in the service manual) and did something to make the service engine light come on. He told her that he could fix the service light for an additional charge to be able to perform her inspection. The service engine light has never been on in her car, and was not on when she arrived. She declined the inspection and extra charge to turn the light off. She paid for her unnecessary synthetic oil change and left. Amazingly, the light went off 20 minutes later. Do not use this facility!!!

Stopped by this location because O’reilly said they could replace a brake light bulb. Pulled in and also asked if they could check my anti freeze to see if I needed to purchase and add more. The staff was super nice and the mechanic(which was a girl and awesome btw) replaced the bulb and topped off the antifreeze for no cost. I was floored! Will definitely be back if I have any issues with my car and need someone to check it out.
