Beellagio Nail Bar

I’ve gone here several times over the years and usually have good service. But ever since they changed from Posh Nails to Beelagio they are super pushy with trying to upsell and I just hate it when they do nails and feet at the same time. It’s impossible to relax!
This was my last shot at good service here, it’s just been too unpredictable so the next time I need a mani/​pedi or brows service I will go elsewhere.

I have been going to Royal Nails in Flowery Branch for 8 years. They had a water issue today, so I decided to try this place. I came in for a pedicure only. They tried to up sell me a $ 45 nail service as soon as I walked into the door. I usually get gel polish, but decided to give my nails a break because they are getting weak. I went to pick a color which they gave me about 30 seconds to do before rushing me into a chair. Once I got in the chair I was again pushed for another nail service. I decided to do the more costly pedicure because it looked nice and relaxing. When my girl started I was asked to change from regular nail polish to gel. (Another up sell) Starting to get frustrated. If you consider nice and relaxing soaking in luke warm water, having the girl cut your toes with the skin removing tool, and then having your legs and feet pounded and rubbed at break neck speed, then this is the place for you! Rush Rush Rush! Before the torture was over… do I want my eyebrows done (no for the second time) or a nail design… still no. Worse manicure and pedicure ever and it cost me $ 55 (that was with a $ 7.00 discount after I complained) which is what I pay for a manicure and pedicure with gel polish on my toes and nails at Royal Nails. Good luck to the owners of this place, you’re going to need it!

Can’t even give 1 star. I am new to the area and went in without doing any research– should have looked at Unilocal reviews. Dirty and unorganized, tried to upsell me every 3 minutes. Did my manicure at the same time as pedicure so I was contorted the whole time to accomodate manicurist. Pedicurist literally cut toenails to the quick and I started profusely bleeding from one toenail. i didnt stop bleeding for rest of pedicure. Never even got an apology instead she smiled and asked me was something wrong!
She started to apply hot towel to bleeding toe and that is when I said stop. Other customers looked content with their service and most looked liked regular customers. Stay away! I told them that they didn’t deserve to be paid or tipped even though I did.

My heels still look dry and crusty the only difference is that my nails are clipped and polished. After being asked three different times to add on services during the pedicure all I can say is ‘never again’!

I went into this salon in hopes of having a different experience than that of those with poor reviews. However, I have to agree with all those poor reviews. I went in for a gel mani and pedi and not only got the rude customer service (I mean really rude) but also the add ons after I asked for the basic package. Not to mention the horrible job done with the polish on my toes. The last coat of polish she rushed on, therefore it didn’t cover the entire nail so looks ugly. As for my gel mani, the lady got mad and walked away into a room where she closed the door and I could just hear her talking. I asked the lady doing my pedi if she was mad because I asked her to get the edges on my nails good and she said she’s just tired. Lady doing my pedi asked if I wanted her to finish my hands since the other lady painted one nail and then walked away mad. The lady ended up coming back and did make sure to leave my nails the way I like them but after clearly getting mad and being rude. Additionally, my husband also got a mani and they didn’t even cut his nails. They just filed them when they could have clearly cut them. Horrible experience and will not be going back.
I will have to post a picture of my pedi! Only reason I tipped her well is because unlike the lady who did my mani she was nice.

Not sure why the negative reviews, I have been a customer here for many years and love it. The new management is wonderful courteous and very professional. You got a love coming to relax and getting a pedicure are your nails done. I give it four stars at least.

DON’T WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY HERE! Not a good experience. They don’t really care about the quality of their work. I told them over and over how I wanted my nails… could have been talking to a stump.

Where do I begin? I walked in for a mani/​pedi and they kept insisting for me to have my eyebrows waxed in which I kept replying no after about the third time the lady stopped asking as she could see I was getting frustrated. (I’m trying to grow them back out after a really bad job at another nail salon.) So, I got rushed into the pedicure chair and I had gel paint on my toenails they gladly took it off (adding $ 5 to my bill in which I was not aware until she gave me a detailed bill that they charged for that). I got a clear polish on my mani and was charged $ 15, the other nail salons I have been to it costs $ 5. Then my pedicure got messed up because she added the clear coat too early and the paint had moved and exposed my nail to which I brought to her attention and the lady got so mad and gave me an attitude because she had to fix it and it was near closing time. The polish on my nail now looks bumpy and the whole nail isn’t even painted. I’m never going back there again.
