Top notch everything! From opening the door for us to checking on us twice during our meal, this place is second to none! The same delicious food we have come to expect from Chick-​Fil-​A… I just thought the service was worth commending!

I stopped here to eat on my way back from the Zdayz event in north Carolina.
At this location everything is clean, I’m talking parking lot, eating area and the restroom.
The workers are friendly and check on everyone in the dining area for refills and if they needed anything else.
Lastly, they make a connections with their customers. Everyone who left the register after they ordered were smiling, which is something you usually don’t see these days when you go in to order. And every single employee I saw, had a smile in their face when they were speaking with someone, which will make the customers feel welcome and come back.

Wow! The Unilocal reviews were very accurate. The best service I’ve had at a chick fil a. 6 atars. They even helped me bring my takeout to the car. Very impressive. Thank you.

Ate at this location yesterday. The staff was wonderful. I would have thought I was the only one in the building. I have eaten at other CFA locations but this one is by far the best. Will definitely return. Congratulations to the Staff and Management for a job well done.

This location is unbelievable. I always have great customer service and they move the drive through line so much more efficiently than any other location I have been to. This is actually not the closest location to me but because they are so well run I can get out of this location faster than the closer one. The food is also top notch every time.

Excellent food, courteous staff, and clean as a whistle. CFL never disappoints! Feels like family in Oakwood, GA!

So many chances I have given this particular location. No fork with my to go salad in the drive through, no dressing the following time, no fries in the French fry container, told they told me they can’t make a spicy chicken wrap… the location on Spouts Springs does it all the time. This time I had issues and passed along my name and number for the manager to call me when he had time… a super simple request. The manger calls me and accuses me of threatening the girl! I was caught so off guard… there was no concern to why I passed along my information. I do not appreciate being accused of something that wasn’t true. He questioned me as to why I didn’t get him… I went through the drive in and was missing so many things after being told to pull up and wait. only to to be missing more items. Instead of pulling the manager away from an apparent issue they were having while busy I asked the girl to tell Scott to call me after the rush. Never will I go back!!! Scott apparently has no concern with customers. I paid $ 17 for food and didn’t receive most of it… don’t waste your time. Drive to spouts springs much better management and the food is on point!

I love chick fil a! The service is always awesome! The staff at this location is always friendly. I usually can get in and out at this location even though it’s always packed. The gallon of sweet tea mixed with lemonade is usually the cheapest here as well. Don’t know why but the price for that is higher at other chick fil a’s location. So whenever i am in town I always stop by here and pick up a gallon. Totally recommend that. Other than that… the foods is always the same as other’s Chick Fil A.

This the worst chickfila I’ve ever been too. I don’t know what it is but they seem to always forget to give me my fries whenever I eat there. This isn’t just on one occasion but multiple times that I’ve gone there. Maybe someone can answer this for me but is the frozen lemonade supposed to have a lemon full of seeds? Because if it is not supposed to be that way then I guess I just lucked out and got the two drinks that happened to have that many in them. Seriously there were so many that I didn’t even drink it. But then again I’m talking about chickfila, so when is it ever good?

This is a very well managed chick fil a. They take service to the next level here… even had a manager roaming around with pepper mill the size of a table leg.

Love the Oakwood CFA! Staff is always nice and attentive. A few months ago, it was pouring rain outside. I parked because the drive thru was wrapped around. I turned off my car, reach to grab my purse when I see a staff member holding an umbrella to help me walk in. That’s top notch service! I definitely didn’t expect that from a fast food restaurant.

This Chick-​Fil-​A is as good as they come. Clean, good food and friendly people.

After spending all day outside in the woods, we were ready to get back home, but after noticing the Chick-​Fil-​A sign, we made sure to pitstop so we could get in our weekend fix of breaded chicken delight before they shut down shop on Sunday. When pulling up to order at the drive-​thru, the line was EXTRA long, however, we didn’t sit in line for long & the food came out piping hot for the ride back into Atlanta.

Very busy every time I’ve been to this location. Clean, friendly employees and well executed corporate menu. As good a place as any at it’s location to get your fast food fix on.

This is a completely average Chick-​Fil-​A. The meat is greasy, the bun is buttery, and your money goes to help Truett Cathy save us all from the Devil. When I ate there, the employees were just as sweet as can be (I think they actually kill, fillet, and serve those who are insufficiently perky). I normally avoid CFA for reasons noted above, but if you’re jonesing for some of that old time Jesus Chicken then hey, you know where to go.
