Although I have no other experience to compare it to, the kickboxing classes that I have been taking here are kick-​butt, in a good way! Positive and positively exhausting, you will get an excellent workout from a knowledgeable and friendly staff. No kicking and punching the air here. Make real contact with real bags (remember your gloves!) and feel the results quickly! Have loved every class and would definitely recommend this place for your fitness régime. If you want to see real results for your money and time, check this place out! You will not always be able to reach a person right away when you call their number, but leave a message and the grandmaster WILL call you back.
