Jan’s Hallmark Shop

Good customer service and if your looking for specialty cards or gifts this is the place to go. :)

I am a real sucker for excellent customer service and when I get it, I am usually a customer for life. Thus is the case at Jan’s Hallmark.
Recently I needed several of the same item for an upcoming family reunion project and found what I wanted at this store. The problem was that they only had a few BUT… the store manager checked with other stores in the area and was able to gather up all 18 for me in a matter of days. On the Jan’s end, that involved having several of these shipped to this store (at their expense) and on my end it involved just a couple of trips to pick them up since they did not all come in at the same time. Oh, so be it. The entire process was exceptional and each time I was in the store, the staff were right on top of knowing who I was and what I had come for. They were friendly, pleasant, and knowledgeable. You can’t ask for more than that.
I guarantee when I have some time to really «shop» and have a need for something at Jan’s Hallmark, I will be back. Besides the obvious cards and stationery, Jan’s has an awesome selection of gift items for many occasions.
If you live in the area or are just passing through, stop in and check out the store. I am sure you will come away with a nice purchase, large or small.
