HORRIBLE customer service. I will NEVER be back. I was a regular customer there and they knew me by name. My sister had purchased a $ 40 gift certificate for me. I had left it in my car and my 9 year old son inadvertently threw it away when he was cleaning out the car. I tried to retrieve it from the trash but it was all covered in goop. I went back to the store to tell Chris and Katie(the owners) what had happened and could they please re-issue the gift certificate. They basically accused me of lying and told me since there was no way to track the gift certificate, how did they know that I didn’t just give it to someone else. I stood there, incredulous and tongue-tied, especially since they were accusing me of this in front of another customer. I explained again that it was an honest mistake by my son who was just trying to earn some extra money. Because the envelope was unmarked he mistakenly threw it away. They shrugged and said they were sorry but they wouldn’t honor the now lost certificate that my sister had purchased for me just a few days before. This is not a way to treat a regular, honest and loyal customer.
