Mary Thompson is not in touch with the Lake Lanier market and is the most inconsistent appraiser in the market. Do not use her. I checked with others who have used her and they have also had a bad experience. In 2009, at the bottom of the market, she valued my house at 20% higher than she did in July 2013 — makes no sense. Then when asked about it her response was — I probably made a mistake. Mistakes like this cost people money. I could cost me over $ 200,000
She is totally incompetent. Others agree. Stay away from her.
