Ok, as a single father who hates shopping, but loves deals, I bounce between here and TJ Max when I’m updating my decorating in the house for «things»… Vases, kitchen items, small furniture pieces al in the back and I have found some great deals! My house is a high class man cave with some pretty cool items and have to say when I’m cleaning, and move things around, I notice the tag on the bottom of a statue or piece and I’m reminded what a bargain I got and generally pleased with some art and pieces I find here.
Will browse the clothes quick– but like the bargains and have never had buyers remorse from here and occasionally stop by when I need another horse head, or bottle of cologne. Great friendly staff to get you in and out!

GOOD MANAGEMENT AND CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM!
You can always tell when there is good management in a store because it will carry from department to department. As I entered the store today, I was warmly greeted. I immediately noticed the nice jewelry/​fragrance counter that is located near the door. Many of the current stores do not have this feature and have resorted to displaying their jewelry in the stand up carousels which always look unorganized and cluttered.
Throughout the store, the various departments were very organized and well stocked. Even the men’s department (which can always be a challenge), looked fully stocked and orderly. They are definitely ready for Christmas with dinner serving sets, holiday dresses, and Christmas décor. Employees were very nice and cordial during my visit today.
This is a nice store that is a pleasure to shop!

The manager tonight was incompetent to defuse a situation with a woman that cut line. If your not going to train your managers to deal with ignorant people you need not to give them the responsibility as a manager. The manager said, she didn’t see what happened, and she didn’t want the situation to escalade. Oh so, you turn a deaf ear? I think not! Two woman are standing in front of you, telling you this ignorant woman thinks she has the privilege of jumping in line. I believe the manager didn’t now how to address this issue because she knew this woman was a bully that jumped line. I spend way too much money in this store to not be treated with respect and trust that a manager will defuse any situation that may arise. Well at this Ross in Flowery Branch you will be ignored and be aware that nothing will be done. I may never enter this store again. This manager needs to be either trained to deal with these ignorant people or fired.

Although this store is cleaner than the other locations around here, the staff isn’t very great. The last time I was there only one person was working the register and when I asked why no one was helping her, she said they must be busy. I walked around the store while my mother bought her stuff, and found 3 other employees standing there laughing at an adult onesie. There always seems to be mostly only one person working the register. Also, the fitting room person is sometimes not even there. They need to organize and respect their staff the way they do with the merchandise.

Chloe’s birthday was coming up and I came out with 5 really super dog toys for 4.99 each.
