McDonald’s

Service horrible, confused apparently new employees and trainees and management getting aggravated and moving them out of the way because to slow. No condiments out. I Ordered double cheese burger combo. Bread stale burger cold. Fries were hot and fresh. It is close and convient to office and with each visit I say its my last, but keep going back so it’s all on me. I see a ton of turn over in management and employees. Think cooperate needs to come visit and shape it up. The problem is no one wants to work anymore.

This is my local Mickey D’s and I have two daughters, so regardless of the content of this review I will be there at least once a week.
I have never been greeted with a smile. Honestly, how much trouble is it to smile when you deliver the canned greeting, «hello welcome to McDonald’s how may I serve you?» Then again I am impressed that you can turn that whole sentence into one single unintelligible syllable.
Oddly though with the number of times I have gone there they have a pretty good record getting my orders right. They have forgotten my daughters kids meal toys more times than is reasonable (if you have kids it’s only once).
The milkshakes are always on point now that they have the McCafe thing going on. The premium burgers are good and those fries… those fries. Dip them in the milkshake and nirvana.

This is a good McDonald’s…The service is decent… The food is pretty good, but it is your typical fast food… They typically don’t mess up orders, but if they do let them know and they will fix it…
If you’re in the mood for some McDonald’s this one is worth stopping by…

It’s Mickey D’s, so there’s no way I’m giving it more than 3 stars. But, with that being said, I don’t understand the 1 star reviews either. We’ve always had good service here. The place is also decorated in a fun/​cool kinda way.
There have only been a couple of occasions when we ate inside the restaurant. When we did, everything was clean, including the restrooms. The employees manning the cash registers were nice and we got our food quickly. The employees weren’t tripping over themselves to be friendly, but they were not rude, nor did they say or do anything to make me think anything negative.
I’ve been through the drive-​thru here countless times. Good service, hot food. No complaints whatsoever. There was one (as in singular) instance when a McMuffin was missing from my order. I caught it before I even pulled away from the window, I informed the person, they went and grabbed me one, problem solved (with a smile and an apology, I might add).
I don’t normally write reviews for McDonald’s. C’mon, it’s a McDonald’s, people. But, when I saw the two 1 star reviews, I just had to throw in my .02 cents. So there you have it! =)

Filthy. Restrooms were absolutely gross. Worst Mickey D’s I’ve ever been to.

If it wasn’t for the Dogwood mall this place probably would’ve closed by now, absolutely bad service. I’m used to the bad service at fast food spots but this is the absolute worst. They are always running out of things and I even heard a employee curse a customer on my last visit. I have not been here since. For better service and food try the McDonalds on the other end of Lakeland Drive.
