Old Navy

Never have I walked into an old navy before and seen it look so messy. Granted it was close to Christmas, but I don’t think that’s a reason for clothes to be all over the floor, hangers to be lying in the aisles, and the employees on the floor doing nothing to straighten up.
I’ve worked in a department store during the holidays before and I know how annoying and frustrating it can be, but we never let it get messy and made sure to greet customers even if we didn’t want to. No one at this Old Navy greeted me or asked if I needed help sorting through the clothes… on the floor…
I know Old Navy stores are better than what I saw at this location, I walked in and pretty much walked back out. I don’t enjoy shopping in messes and hopefully next time I’m in town… if we end up here, it’ll be neater and employees will be friendlier.

OMG! The line was crazy long but the people were great until we had a price discrepancy and the manager came over. HORRIBLE! She was rude and never looked me in the eye. She said, «the price is marked wrong, do you want it for $ 19.99?» I looked at her like she had lost her mind, not over price but how she handled the situation. She was just rude! I understand busy, but hello, It is $ 1 flip flop day, what do you expect?
