Bragada Mattress

Is this company still in business… I have tried to call numerous times and just get unrelated sales pitches for credit cards, road side services, etc. The mattress I purchased just 2.5 years ago is garbage. There is a crater in the middle that is mushy and non supportive. The edges are firm but where I sleep is sagging. You can feel a definite roll to the center when you enter the bed. After reading many similar reviews it appears this product is not worth the money you pay and get little or NO warranty service. A scam and totally non-​responsive. Any suggestions, other than a total write off!

Very Expensive ($ 1200) and sagged. The mattress was replaced in 3 years because it sagged so badly that two people would end up on top of each other — We’re not heavy people! They didn’t honor a warranty, I asked. I ended up buying another brand for ½ the price and it’s so much better. You’ve been warned.

«The Bed of Your Dreams»? Not sure, but they have to be listed in Unilocal as manufacturing the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on. We just bought our second one. The quality is astounding. For «hot» sleepers, you’ll love the technology built into the bed where it’s designed to remove heat. I sort of consider this company Tempur-​Pedic on steroids. Spend a few extra dollars and go for the higher end sleeping experience. You’ll be pleased.

It was a great mattress at first, but in under a year it began to sag dramatically like Phil M writes. Their «Bragada® Lifetime Warranty» is a joke. When we realized that it was becoming more of a hammock than a mattress, this company did not care. In such a short time, there is no reason the mattress should be junked. My husband and I are 145 and 160 pounds. Neither of us is in bed for more than 9 hours. I could understand Bragada refusing to strand behind their product if an obese person who was bed ridden was in the bed more than a normal person.
But Bragada wanted all kinds of crazy proof that the mattress wasn’t still flat, a photo showing a yard stick to see if it dipped. We told them our problem wasn’t that the mattress looked dipped, but that if you laid on it, the thing tipped you toward the center. Every day I had to climb higher to get out of the bed!
I thought maybe their factory turned out a lemon, but Bragada knows these fall apart quickly and made no offer to replace our mattress.
Basically Bragada makes it impossible to prove that there is anything wrong with their products. It was a very comfy mattress for about 9 months. So know that you will be spending $ 724.00 for the basic mattress, no cover, pillows or extras, plus shipping and tax every year if you want to avoid a back ache.

So far, the bed kinda sucks. I’ve only had it for 3 months and there is a huge divet. They flat out refuse to return any calls from me.

Receive an e-​mail from president of company a day after writing my review. He said they had been experiencing trouble with e-​mails (my email requests were made over a 40 day period). He answered some of my questions so I feel a little better about the company.
