Faulkenburg Automotive

This location was for many years Mike’s Tire, however in August Mike sold the business and went off to a well deserved retirement. This location is now Faulkenburg Automotive. I had promised that once I had dealings with the new owner then I would update my review to reflect the change in ownership.
Well, after 5 inches of snow my vehicle would hardly start and I found that my battery was leaking. I called the shop on VERY short notice and asked if they could work me in sometime that day. I was told that they were running behind and if I were to leave my ride there then they would work it in before the close of day. To my surprise 45 minutes later I rec’d a call that the job was done.
The new owner was really easy to deal with and I was impressed that I was able to have my problem fixed on such short notice. This local business went out of the way and it seems the new owner is carrying on the tradition of excellent service that Mike’s Tire began so many years ago.
