It’s ALWAYS a great experience at Nu Yale. This is a community-friendly business who takes great care to know their customers names and needs. I always feel as if I’m the most important person in the store when I visit, and so appreciate their attentiveness. The owners and managers certainly know how to train their employees in top quality customer service; if only all businesses cared for customers the way they do! The cleaning is top-notch, and I’m impressed that they remember things I like (such as folded sweaters and extra attention to my husband’s shirt collars). I’ve never been disappointed with Nu Yale. Worth every penny.

They do a good job of cleaning all of the food stains from my shirts and suits. I’m a slob so this is appreciated. They aren’t cheap, but we don’t have many choices out here in the boonies. They have a 24 hour access window and a drive thru, both are appreciated by me.
