Very straight mind, we wanted Leo.
We see him everywhere, we wanted Leo.
His price sounds reasonable, we wanted Leo.
He was our family’s and friends’ MC, we wanted him.
Some our friends know him and like him, we wanted Leo.
There are many positive thoughts that we choose Leo as our wedding MC.
Then, we regret it.
1) Leo gave us a rundown sheet with lots questions for the wedding day, but we were so busy to arrange everything for the wedding, that we couldn’t meet up again to finalize the schedule. I filled in every answers and put as much details I could, and I did called him to make sure he received my final rundown sheet. But, he still messed things up.
2) On the contract, we only booked for ONE MC, but there’s another female MC showed up on our wedding day. Good that we didn’t have to pay her, guess Leo brought her for training.
3) Leo said he’ll be at the restaurant by 4−5pm with his team. We arrived restaurant at 4pm and he was NOT there, his team was tho. I think I saw him around 6−7pm, when I was doing makeup and hair for the night.
4) As agreement, he’ll have a projector screen at front right next to the stage. But where he actually put that screen? ALL THE WAY AT THE BACK, which people barely notice there was a screen playing our engagement photos and childhood video. I worked SO hard to put all the childhood photos together, made slideshow with song play along (which was one of the questions on Leo’s rundown sheet), in three days. Leo wasted my hard works, plus they played our engagement photos and childhood video WITHOUT sound.
5) We have one song for Bride and her mother’s dance, and one song for Groom and his mother’s dance. It was CLEARLY list on the rundown sheet, and they played the WRONG song! Those two songs were meaningful for each of us, and Leo ruined it!
6) We got married before and no need to exchange vows on our banquet, and he asked us for our rings… Did you read your paper?! Why you give us the rundown sheet for?!
7) Leo rushed us whole night, that got us very annoy.
8) On the contract, Leo said he’ll provide the guests party favors while they dancing. But, where were they, we DID NOT see any party favors.
At the end, Leo asked for tips and had a puppy face saying we didn’t give enough tips. Well, you did all above and you want more?
Leo was highly recommended years ago by our families and friends, but these few years, what happened?
Anyway, sorry, we WON’T introduce Leo to anyone else. NOT RECOMMEND!!!
But I have to say, the declaration his team did was beautiful, just as what we wanted. And the music was nice, other songs DJ played fit our guests, which is good. For these, I’ll save two star for Leo.

Went to two weddings this summer where they hired Leo as the MC. In my opinion, he is pretty bad! make sure you do your research before picking a MC as wedding is a lifetime experience!

I, as the bride, am very disappointed to use your service. I thought an event organizer should be well organized but NOPE!!! It was my wedding and it is a lifetime experience but everything was so messed up! Leo as the owner, organizer and MC didn’t really do anything and play on his computer during that important day.
First, I wanted to give him ahead of time all the pictures and the material (ex:fireworks, for my first dance) needed to be set up by him on the day. He refused and told me that I can bring them all on the day. Well, I thought he is more experienced and will be able to manage everything in a very short time (He told me that he will start the décor etc at 4, and my banquet started at 6).
When my bridesmaid wanted to give him the fireworks, Leo was not around (He always ran around but did nothing). His employees also knew nothing about anything. Finally, my bridesmaid left it on the table and went on doing other stuffs and finally, forgot about it.
When Leo came back, he didn’t even remember his job to put the fireworks on. We were so busy entertaining the guests and the main purpose of having event organizer was to help us!!!
Second, after the guests started to come in, there were no musics being played at all. My pre-​wed slideshows were not up either. I have to go to Leo’s desk, and personally yelled at him!
Third, I have specific songs that I wanted to play during entrance, games, and karaōke. Since we all know that some of the songs have a lot of different versions, I found every single version that I wanted and uploaded them to Leo via google docs. Again, he screwed it up on my wedding day by youtube-​ing random version of the songs. As results, my friend got a different version of her karaōke and our group dance was weird.
Fourth, all the time during my wedding, Leo posted a very annoyed face and very unfriendly!
Fifth, his bubble machine was so crappy!!! OMG!
I was so grateful that I asked for 2 MCs and at least, Christine, did a lot better job on MC-​ing than Leo!
