As I am not Korean, they were very reluctant to even answer a request for photocopies. Their ‘no’ seemed odd for a shop claiming to provide printing services. Recently they became a UPS pick-up outlet. Today UPS had to leave our parcel with them and when I came in to pick it up, was told that it would not arrive until the following day. Looking to the side I saw our box. No ID was requested, something UPS rightfully requests. The lady had trouble using a scanner and I asked if they represented UPS she said«no.» I don’t think it’s a language problem, rather a low i.q. on their part. Unfortunately we’re stuck if and when something has to be kept there.
