I have only ordered delivery from Ace, so can’t attest to ambience or anything. This place delivers a consistently good breakfast. Everything from your usual toasted bagel, to breakfast sandwiches to the breakfast combos(a good value). The woman who takes your order over the phone is pleasant and patient, repeating everything back to you to make sure its correct. Delivery is usually quite prompt, but last week I think the guy walked, as all of our breakfast sandwiches were cold. They were easily reheated and tasted fine, though. I do not recommend lunch sandwiches. They are very skimpy and everything is «extra»(lettuce, tomato, etc). However, my coworkers tell me the burgers are good.

I had been here before they had renovation. It was a fun visiting while there was a lady working there who was so friendly and attentive. I was there while she was teaching her new coworker how to make the order. I still remember she smiled to her and said,“just scream it out loud ‘ONEBACONCHEESEBAGEL!’ «The new coworker was so shy to scream it out loud tho. It was so lovely and nostalgia that they were like a family. In that morning, the bagel shop was full of energy and warm. She great everyone who came in the shop a big smile and friendly welcome. But This time, I went there again, it’s quiet. The lady wasn’t there anymore. It felt different from last time. Now it’s just a normal bagel shop, with average bagel, average price and ok ambience. Ps: The menu was a little confusing, asked before you order. They are very likely to help.

Ordered a burger cooked medium. It was cooked well-done. The bun tasted like cheap bad bread. IMO, McDonald’s tastes much better.
